aws deploy continue-deployment
For a blue/green deployment, starts the process of rerouting traffic from instances in the original environment to instances in the replacement environment without waiting for a specified wait time to elapse. (Traffic rerouting, which is achieved by registering instances in the replacement environment with the load balancer, can start as soon as all instances have a status of Ready.)
Options
| Name | Description |
|---|---|
| --deployment-id <string> | The unique ID of a blue/green deployment for which you want to start rerouting traffic to the replacement environment |
| --deployment-wait-type <string> | The status of the deployment's waiting period. READY_WAIT indicates that the deployment is ready to start shifting traffic. TERMINATION_WAIT indicates that the traffic is shifted, but the original target is not terminated |
| --cli-input-json <string> | Performs service operation based on the JSON string provided. The JSON string follows the format provided by ``--generate-cli-skeleton``. If other arguments are provided on the command line, the CLI values will override the JSON-provided values. It is not possible to pass arbitrary binary values using a JSON-provided value as the string will be taken literally |
| --generate-cli-skeleton <string> | Prints a JSON skeleton to standard output without sending an API request. If provided with no value or the value ``input``, prints a sample input JSON that can be used as an argument for ``--cli-input-json``. If provided with the value ``output``, it validates the command inputs and returns a sample output JSON for that command |
